Photo of the week: Turkmen sweet shop

This weeks photograph is from a market place in the centre of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.

I love markets and one reason is the colour and this scene has pretty much every colour imaginable running all the way through it. The amazing sweet stall in the foreground, the fruits through to the wall of plastic bags in background.

And I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many sweets!
