Kyrgyz trader wearing Kalpak
On a recent trip back to Kyrgyzstan, one of my favourite parts of the world, I took a look around the bazaar in Osh and came across this wonderful old gentleman selling rope on the main street. The trader was wearing the traditional Kyrgyz hat called a ‘Kalpak’.
I was really happy when he allowed me to take his photograph.
